We hope you enjoy your stay here as much as we do. Situated in a perfect location whatever style of holiday you are after.  Sun, Sea, Great Food, Great value and whilst you have everything you could possibly want on your doorstep there is plenty to explore up and down the coast or into the mountains for the more adventurous amongst you.
The property itself is a spacious 2 bedroom Townhouse with Large Lounge, Bathroom, 2 Large Bedrooms arranged as 1 twin and 1 double, an outside patio and a terrific 500 sq ft roof top Solarium.
It is situated in a gated complex with well maintained communal gardens and not one but 3 communal swimming pools. Two large and one for the Toddlers.
We love the property but the real beauty of this place is its location. Some of the finest Andalucian Cuisine is served from the many restuarnats within a short stroll away. Equally close are the impressive and large and I mean LARGE sandy Blue Flag beaches of Vera.
A 15 minute stroll takes you into Garrucha, a relatively small but vibrant traditional Spanish fishing village which also boasts numerous bars and restuarants.
For thoase that wish to stay out later you could always travel along along the coast another kilometre or two to the more famous area known as Mojacar, where (during the Summer) you will find numerous late night drinking and dancing venues as well as the usual high quality eateries.
If you havent hired a car DONT WORRY you have everything you need close to hand. Restaurants, Bars, Banks, Supermarkets, Launderette, DIY Store, Cycle Hire, Pharmacy etc. etc. There is also an excellent and surprisingly efficient Bus service which makes exploring the coastal towns that flank our property very easy to do.
In addition there is a shuttle bus service from all 3 of the nearby airports. Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.
A contact number and timetable can be provided upon request.
If you do have a car though there is plenty to explore. Mojacar Pueblo, Bedar and Pinar not to mention Albox give an insight into Spain 100s of years ago with the stereotypical white washed villages set amidst the mountains with narrow streets and a tranquil pace to them.
Then there is the more  built up areas of Vera and Turre and if you can brave more of the twisting and turning mountain roads why not travel to Cabrera for lunch the views are absolutely breathtaking and you will not be disappointed with the food or service at any of the mountain restaurants en route although I would recommend the one at the very top as its a personal favourite of mine.
Then for young familys there is the Water Park at Vera Playa with all the usual attractions you would expect from such an establishment.
